In 1970 When I was 5, my family moved to Prince George when my father Roy Fuller accepted a job with Northwood Pulp in their computer department. Upon completing high school, I went to CNC and received a Diploma in Marketing. In 2015 I completed my Masters of Business Administration from UNBC.
I have started a number of businesses in Prince George including Ave Maria and Mother Maria Market which have employed dozens of people for the past 3 decades. I sold my interests in those businesses in 2017.
I love solving “unsolvable” problems. In 2006 I co-founded PACHA Peoples Action Committee for Healthy Air in Prince George. This organization went on to have over 1200 members. I learned through experience how to effectively negotiate with government, industry, politicians of all stripes, and media, to help the community of Prince George get results and improve its air quality. Prince George was able to reduce its particulate level by 40% and its odor by 60%.
Board experience includes local and national corporate, charitable and non-profits.
I am self employed as a Certified Professional Business Coach with clients around North America and Europe. My passion is to help business owners reduce their stress and get their companies functioning and profitable! I am the author of the book Profit Yourself Healthy. In 2017 I was awarded the PBCA Canadian Business Coach of the Year.
Clients typically hire me to get their companies working better by helping them to Increase Sales and Profits, Deal with Cash flow issues, Develop Strategies for Future expansions, Manage People or customer service issues, Implement systems, Reduce cost overruns, and Plan for Exit and Succession. I guarantee my results and so clients don’t pay if I don’t get results. I believe I can bring this same passion for improvement to City Hall.
I have been happily married to my wife Margaret since 1996 and we have four children and a dog.
